Naim Sanders is a dedicated leader in education and author with over 25 years of impactful experience in K-12 education. Throughout his career, he has excelled in roles as a teacher, principal, college professior and currently as an assistant superintendent, consistently championing academic excellence and fostering the growth of teachers and school leaders.

Fueled by a passion for innovation and servitude, Naim is dedicated to empowering teachers, principals, and students to thrive through transformative approaches and relationship building. He is deeply committed to supporting educators, creating healthy school cultures, and driving improved academic outcomes for all learners. Through his vision and dedication, he continues to make a lasting impact on the educational landscape as a leader in education, presenter, author and principal coach.

Mr. Sanders is currently a doctoral candidate, completing his EdD in K-12 Leadership with a research focus on emotional labor in school leaders.
